Telltales of a Baltic 51
Event Horizon is a 51' centerboard sloop built in 1982 by Baltic Yachts Ltd of Bosund, Pietarsaari, Finland. Designed by the C&C Design Group, she is number 22 of 24 semi-custom Baltic 51's built between 1979—1988.

Event Horizon, USA 31546, is a light-weight displacement offshore sailboat with a fiberglass and balsa sandwich construction hull. She is easily identified by her black anodized aluminum alloy mast and boom.
